James Stahle, Senior Managing Director
Mr. Stahle is an original founding partner of CCA Group. He has been actively involved in the structured finance and asset finance business for over 28 years. His primary focus at CCA Group is working with institutional buy side clients on acquisitions and investments in asset oriented transactions in the energy, infrastructure and transportation sectors. As the managing partner of CCA Group, he currently oversees the day to day activities of the firm, capital raising activities of the firm and its clients, and cultivating new institutional clients across the various business lines. Prior to establishing CCA Group, he was a Managing Director at Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi, where he established the structured products platform to provide sell-side and buy-side advisory services to issuer and institutional clients, as well as syndication and distribution on principal and issuer mandates. He originally started his career as a syndication manager at the Bank of New England, distributing tax and non-tax transactions to investors on energy and transportation projects and raising capital for middle market and industrial companies.
To date, Mr. Stahle has been involved in over $25 billion worth of asset finance transactions as either a principal or advisor in renewable energy projects, oil and gas resource investments, thermal generation, transportation assets (commercial and industrial) and energy infrastructure for U.S. and foreign companies. His institutional clients include U.S. multinationals, insurance companies, U.S. financial institutions, private equity and hedge funds. He is currently a board member of the Melmark New England School and a corporator serving the Hallmark Health Group. He holds a B.S. in Economics and Business Administration from Colby College.
He holds Series 7, SIE, 24, 63 and 79 licenses and is the Chief Compliance Officer for CCA Capital LLC, the FINRA-registered broker dealer subsidiary.
Michael Quinlan, Managing Director
Mr. Quinlan is one of the original founding partners of CCA Group and has been active in the global asset and project finance market for over 25 years. During that time he has worked in a variety of capacities including transaction origination, structuring, syndication and advisory. Prior to CCA he was a Managing Director in the tax products group at BTM Capital, a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd. where he was responsible for both sell-side distribution and buy-side advisory for institutional clients. Mr. Quinlan has participated in over $15 billion of tax-oriented financings across a wide variety of asset classes including aviation, rail, real estate, manufacturing, infrastructure and thermal power generation. More recently his efforts have focused on the financing of renewable energy assets with an emphasis on solar power. He has worked on several distributed generation programs and utility scale projects employing a variety of structures including lease, partnership and direct purchase. Mr. Quinlan is responsible for maintaining the firm’s existing investor base, and for the cultivation of new equity investors. Mr Quinlan earned his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire.

Martin Pasqualini, Managing Director
Martin Pasqualini has over 27 years of experience executing a wide variety of project and structured financings, including extensive experience representing sponsors, equity investors, lenders and construction contractors in connection with the development, financing, operation, acquisition and disposition of domestic and international power projects. Since 2004, he has advised sponsors and capital providers in connection with over 80 utility scale wind project financings representing over 13,000 MW of nameplate electric capacity. Mr. Pasqualini has also advised developers in connection with wind energy development platform acquisitions, dispositions and joint ventures, as well as single project acquisitions and dispositions. Mr. Pasqualini has negotiated debt and equity financing documents and the entire range of project documentation (power purchase agreements, operations and maintenance agreements, easement agreements, construction contracts and manufacturer’s warranty agreements) associated with the development and financing of wind-powered electricity generating projects. Prior to joining CCA Group, Mr. Pasqualini was a Managing Director in the Tax Products Group at BTM Capital Corporation and was formerly a partner in the Project and Structured Finance Group of Bingham Dana LLP. Mr. Pasqualini earned his Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from Boston College and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from Boston College Law School.

Michael Feng, Managing Director
Mr. Feng joined the company in 2003 and oversees economic modeling and the development of various structured finance products. Prior to his joining CCA Group, he was at the Tax Products Group at BTM Capital Corporation, where he helped develop and execute various tax-intensive asset finance transactions. Mr. Feng has also held positions at TenFold as a software developer for trade-order management systems, and at Harvard University, where he taught geology, chemistry and statistics. Mr. Feng is a graduate of Harvard University with highest honors in Chemistry.

Megan Lawrence, Managing Director
Ms. Lawrence has over 18 years of experience working on the financing and acquisition and sale of energy projects. Since joining CCA in 2006, she has worked on the tax-oriented financing of over 10,000 MW of wind energy projects, 800 MWac of solar energy projects, and 300 MW of geothermal projects. In addition to such tax-oriented financings, Ms. Lawrence has worked on both the buy-side and sell-side of a number of mergers and acquisitions involving individual renewable energy projects, as well as platforms of operating and development renewable energy assets. Prior to joining CCA, Ms. Lawrence was an attorney in the Project and Structured Finance Group of Bingham (now part of Morgan Lewis) for several years. As an attorney, she represented developers, equity investors and lenders in connection with transactions involving a broad array of energy projects, including wind, biomass, hydro, geothermal, fossil fuels and waste-to-energy. Ms. Lawrence also has worked on debt restructurings in the energy, rail and industrial equipment sectors. Ms. Lawrence has a B.A. from Boston College and a J.D., summa cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School.
